page. I've included a few important sites that you should have in your favorites/bookmarks. There are more that could be included here, but I've listed the top links of interest. I've tried to annotate these links to make it a bit more useful for the casual browser.
The NNJSRA maintains a coaching tips and squash resource archive, I would recommend you go to the
page on this site for an extensive list of links to external resources.
 | USSRailstation http://www.bcisoft.com/railstation/ The official tournament and league results site for the USSRA created by Mike Barnet, the USSRA director of operations and long-time staple of the NNJSRA executive board.
For 5+ years railstation has been the management system of the NNJSRA leagues. Initially focused on league scheduling and results archiving, over the years it evolved to include a skill rating & ranking system, tournament management capability, club ladder management, as well as related functionality. In 2004, Railstation was chosen by the USSRA to be developed as the technical foundation underlying the US national squash tournament and ratings management system. |
 | USSRA http://www.us-squash.org/squash/ - United States Squash Raquets Association
Chris Janton, webmaster of the USSRA since its inception USSRA keeps the site updated regularly. It's the best resource for national tournaments registration and keeping in contact with other SRAs around the US. Recommended sections include Rules and Referees, up-to-date News and the USSRA Talk Squash! Forum. The USSRA also has an interesting selection of New Player Resources. The USSRA (through OPUS1) has been the primary web host of the NNJSRA web site from 1998-2005, and some content still remains.

 | SquashTalk http://www.squashtalk.com An independent, US based squash media and information center created Ron Beck, Squashtalk publisher and former WPSA Pro. It has several of the best columns from Martin Bronstein, Team Kneipp, Rob Dinerman and others. It undoubtedly has one of the richest archive of squash news and resources available on the web. Unlike many other squash media sites, it covers both US and international events. It also has the best US intercollegiate squash coverage at Collegesquash.org Squashtalk also archives some interesting content and columns; here is a sampling:
Introduction to the Game of Squash by Ron Beck

 | Guide to Squash http://www.guide-to-squash.org A well organized video training site with 100+ streaming videos (many hours) of coaching lessons and professional matches.
The highest quality squash coaching site on the web. The guide-to-squash is a collaboration between artist Alan Murray and Liz Irving. Liz Irving, a top coach and former touring professional, now based in Amsterdam leads a world-renowned squash "center of excellence". She has used her professional experience and vast squash coaching knowledge to give the guide-to-squash depth and insight. The site succeeds in creating an effective, freely-accessible model for squash training and sports coaching using the world wide web.

 | SquashPics.com http://www.squashpics.com/
This is squash photographer Steve Line's online photo archive. The site is managed by Steve Cubbins who is also responsible for many key squash web sites including squash.org, www.squashplayer.co.uk, www.supersquash.com and www.squashsite.co.uk All of these sites are worthy. Squashpics is primarily a giant archive of pictures of professional squash players. Squashphotos.com from New Jersey's Debra Tessier would have been included as well since it also includes US college squash photos, and various New Jersey, New York area photos, but it recently seems to have gone into an extended hibernation or enveloped entirely into Squashtalk.

 | SquashClub.org http://www.squashclub.org/
It has a stated goal of fostering a worldwide squash community in order to grow the popularity of squash. Along with this lofty goal it provides a uniquely valuable resource to the community.SquashClub.org from Faraz Hussain, founder and webmaster, and also the webmaster of the Illinois Squash Racquet Association (ISRA) has Squash e-lessons segmented by player ability and definitively the best "user" contributed squash equipment review database.

 | Squash Magazine http://www.squashmagazine.com/
The Official Squash Magazine of the USSRA. The depth of content has developed quite nicely; a lot of content from the magazine dating from 2003 to present is available online. In some tips there is also the added feature of "exclusive online video". It's useful to have an online version of the articles from the magazine available for historical reference and for search, and if you are new to the USSRA or don't subscribe it's a valuable resource. I like the features articles, the TIPS FROM THE PROS section mostly authored by Chris Walker, and Will's World.
