The Northern New Jersey Squash Racquets Association (NNJSRA) is an association of members
and clubs based in Northern New Jersey that operates to promote the game of squash.
It is a district member of the USSRA, and provides individual members automatic membership
into the USSRA. The NNJSRA was formed in 1978 and has operated continuously since that time. The Association has approximately 200 individual members
at 13 clubs ranging from Englewood Field Club in the north to the Sea Bright Squash Club in the south.
The NNJSRA
- manages league play,
- runs tournaments including the NJ State Championship and the Sy Perkins Junior Championship
- distributes its own newsletter, Squash Central
- puts on exhibitions and clinics
- produces individual and team rankings
- organizes an Annual Banquet and Awards Dinner
- as well as other activities.
WWW.NNJSRA.ORG was officially established on the internet in
January, 1999. The website is a service to its members to provide up-to-date league results, news,
tournament, and event announcements as well as a jumping off point to explore squash information on
the internet.
The NNJSRA maintains database of members and clubs with directions and online maps.
